Aubrea Hagerty-Haynes is a life-long resident of Erie County.  She was raised in Girard PA where she still has many family and friends. Aubrea is a proud graduate of Girard High School.  Currently, Aubrea lives in Millcreek Township with her husband Dennis and 3 children.

The offices of the Erie County Clerk of Records process and maintain the vital courthouse records that affect the daily lives of all Erie County Residents.  All criminal and civil case files are handled and managed by the offices.  Every Erie County real estate transaction is reviewed and processed.  Each marriage license, adoption, estate, and probate proceeding is conducted through the offices of the Erie County Clerk of Records.  Additionally, the offices are responsible for the annual collection and distribution of millions of dollars in fines, restitution, filing and recording fees, realty transfer tax and inheritance tax.

EXPERIENCE MATTERS

Aubrea Hagerty-Haynes has worked for Erie County since 1999.  Her extensive work experience includes 15 years in the Erie County Clerk of Records offices.  Aubrea has held key positions in the offices, including the last 3 ½ years serving as First Deputy Clerk of Courts.  

Aubrea Hagerty-Haynes has the necessary experience and management skills to oversee the offices of the Clerk of Records.  She has worked closely with Erie County residents, Courthouse personnel, and the professionals that rely on and utilize the Clerk of Records offices on a daily basis.
